Surah Ash-Shams, ayah 15 · Ayah train · train 15 of 15

All aboard!
Why don't we ever need to worry about Allah being unfair?

Engine cards
Each engine carries an ayah from Surah Ash-Shams. Cut them out and couple the carriages behind them.

Carriage cards
Cut along the dashed lines. If a word needs the same carriage twice, make a second copy.

For the grown-up: one train, four stations
About ten minutes. There is no score: a wrong try is just part of the ride.
1. Inspire
Lay the train out on the floor or table. Count the carriages together and ask: Why don't we ever need to worry about Allah being unfair?
2. Investigate
Mix up the carriages. Your child couples them behind the right engine, starting next to the engine.
3. Integrate
Open the mushaf at Surah Ash-Shams and find each word in its ayah. Read the meaning of the ayah together.
4. Impart
Swap roles: your child is the conductor and shows you a card. You read it, and they check you. Then stamp the ticket.
