Surah Al-Inshiqaq, ayah 24 · Ayah train · train 24 of 24

All aboard!
A bright frog warns predators to stay away. Why is a clear warning kind?

Engine cards
Each engine carries an ayah from Surah Al-Inshiqaq. Cut them out and couple the carriages behind them.

Carriage cards
Cut along the dashed lines. If a word needs the same carriage twice, make a second copy.

For the grown-up: one train, four stations
About ten minutes. There is no score: a wrong try is just part of the ride.
1. Inspire
Lay the train out on the floor or table. Count the carriages together and ask: A bright frog warns predators to stay away. Why is a clear warning kind?
2. Investigate
Mix up the carriages. Your child couples them behind the right engine, starting next to the engine.
3. Integrate
Open the mushaf at Surah Al-Inshiqaq and find each word in its ayah. Read the meaning of the ayah together.
4. Impart
Swap roles: your child is the conductor and shows you a card. You read it, and they check you. Then stamp the ticket.
